In a remarkable display of talent and dedication, St Peter’s Collegiate Academy’s Coach Anderson represented the Great Britain Over 40s team at the European MaxiBasketball Championships in Pesaro, Italy (20th to 29th June 2024). The tournament, featuring top veteran basketball players from Europe, saw Great Britain finish sixth with a balanced record of three wins and three losses.

The Great Britain O40s team showcased resilience and skill, securing victories over Austria, Estonia, and Ireland. Despite facing strong teams like Germany and Georgia, which included ex-NBA player Nikoloz Tskitishvili, the team demonstrated their prowess on the court.
