Our Mission

“St Peter’s Academy is committed to the safeguarding of children – ensuring the wellbeing of the child is paramount.”

At St Peter’s we are committed to the safeguarding of children, it is important for students to feel that they are able to do their best and achieve their true potential, it is important that they feel safe in the Academy environment. Everybody working in the Academy, whatever their role, has been trained and is aware that issues relating to the protection of children are of the highest possible importance. St Peter’s Academy aims to prevent; protect and support all students by addressing child protection in the curriculum, pastoral activities, and in the management of the school. Our staff are vigilant for vulnerable students through training and information dissemination.

Reporting a Concern

If you have concerns regarding the safety of a child during the school day please call 01902 558600 and follow the option for the Safeguarding Team.


If it is after 4pm, or on the weekend please contact Wolverhampton Multi-Agency Hub on 01902 552999. If the child is at risk of  harm/ or is suffering harm please contact the police immediately on 999.
